Welcome to honea.ai (the “Platform”).

These Terms of Service (the “TOS”) govern use of the Platform, operated by PeakPulse Intelligence LTD, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, with its principal place of business at Griva Digeni, 28, OLYMPUS TOWER, Office 405, 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus.

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these TOS and the other policies at https://honea.ai/legal. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform.

The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use. You must comply with applicable law.

1. The Service

honea.ai lets registered adult users chat with fictional AI characters and generate images, videos, and related media from prompts and in-app character or previously generated media. Some features require an account and may consume Stars (in-app credits) or require a Premium plan.

You may create private characters. Listing a character publicly or unlisted requires moderator approval. Private chats and private generations are not shown in public catalogs.

1.1 Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that violates these TOS or other policies.

1.2 Age

The Platform is for users who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority where they live. We use an age self-confirmation (cookie and, when you are signed in, an account timestamp). This is not government ID verification. False age statements are a TOS violation.

1.3 Payments

Available payment methods and prices are shown at checkout. Every purchase (Premium plans and Star packs) is a one-time payment: nothing renews automatically, and you are not charged again unless you buy again. A character subscription bought with Stars renews with Stars from your balance until you cancel it on that character’s profile; it never charges money. Payments are handled by third-party processors; we do not promise specific payment channels beyond what checkout actually offers.

1.4 Refunds

Because purchases do not renew, there is no subscription to cancel: Premium simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number.

You may request a refund within 24 hours of a payment if the Stars or Premium benefits it bought have not been used. Refunds are not available for unused time after that window, for technical problems on your device, or for chargebacks (a chargeback cancels the associated access).

2. Input and output

You provide prompts, character attributes, and may reuse in-app generated images as generation sources (“Input”). The Platform returns generated text and media (“Output”). Input and Output together are “Content.”

You must have the rights needed for your Input. You keep ownership of your Input. You grant us a licence to store, process, moderate, and display Content as needed to operate the Platform, including human review of reported or queued items. Deleting your account withdraws that licence for future use, except records we must keep (orders, moderation evidence, legal holds).

Do not submit sexual or intimate imagery of real, identifiable people, or any content involving anyone under 18.

3. Moderation

We scan text (prompts, names, bios, and similar fields) with keyword filters and an AI moderation model, and generated images pass an automated age-estimation check that refuses results that look underage. Flagged or public-listing requests go to a human moderation queue with internal response targets (underage reports: about 60 minutes; other reports: about 24 hours; public listing: about 48 hours). These are operational targets, not guarantees.

Public listing is withheld until a moderator approves. Rejected or taken-down media is unpublished: it is not listed and is not served as a public CDN or /static object. Automated filters do not catch every violation. You remain responsible for your Content.

Report characters or generated media in the product where that control exists, or email [email protected]. Banned users may submit an in-app appeal.

4. Intellectual property

Platform software, branding, and operator-published characters are owned by PeakPulse Intelligence LTD or its licensors. Third-party models, fonts, icons, and templates are used only under whatever licences the operator has actually obtained. Presence of a file in the product is not proof of a commercial licence.

5. Limitation of liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS. Generated Output can be inaccurate or unexpected.

6. Governing law

These TOS are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update these TOS by posting a new revision date on the Platform. Continued use after posting is acceptance. Other policies linked from https://honea.ai/legal form part of this agreement.
