This notice describes personal data we process to run the Platform. It is written to match current product behaviour.

1. Data we process

Account: email, nickname, password hash or OAuth identifiers, age-confirmation timestamp and IP, session cookies, device/session records. Usage: chat messages, character fields, generation prompts, job identifiers, Star balance and ledger entries, ban/appeal records. Media: object keys for generated images/videos and character covers stored in object storage; delivery uses signed URLs unless a moderator has approved public listing. Technical: IP address (from the connection or, if the proxy is in our trusted list, X-Forwarded-For), user agent, logs. Payments: processor references and order rows; we do not store full card numbers in this application.

We do not currently collect date of birth as a structured field. Age is a self-attestation.

2. Purposes

Provide the service, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, operate moderation (including human review of queued Content), security, and legal compliance.

3. Retention

While the account is open we keep the data needed to provide the service. If you delete your account we remove or anonymize profile, sessions, characters, chats, and media objects, and we cancel pending membership. Paid order rows are kept in anonymized form for accounting. Moderation cases and legal holds may be kept as required. We do not promise a six-year retention of full account profiles after deletion.

4. Sharing

Processors that host the API, database, Redis, object storage, email, and payment processors. AI model providers that write character replies and check text for safety; the messages and prompts needed for that are sent to them. Authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Infrastructure may be outside your country. We use providers under contract.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection by emailing [email protected]. We aim to respond within one month.

7. Children

The Platform is not for anyone under 18. If we learn an account belongs to a minor we close it and delete associated Content except records we must keep.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies include session and age-confirmation cookies. Refusing them will prevent login or adult-content access.

9. Changes

Material changes will be posted with a new revision date.
