Notice

Include: signature of the owner or agent; description of the work; location (URL, character id, or media/job id); your contact details; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised and the notice is accurate.

Response

We review complete notices and, if the material is hosted by us, disable public listing and public object access. We may notify the user who posted it. We aim to act promptly.

Counter-notice

If you believe the material was removed by mistake, email a counter-notice. We may restore public access unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers may lose their accounts.
